David Del Torre was very easy to work with and very creative. I would tell him the way I liked something and he would say ok I will do that but may I suggest something that may help you. It was always practical and/or more creative.
He went out of his way to take me to a supply company to pick out better flooring prices for my budget and at one point his granite man left a two inch seam and David had him redo it and make it right and his granite guy was very understanding as well. David will make things right if he doesn't like the way they look and I appreciate that. He is very patient and if I showed him a picture, he did it. I love my secret Christmas tree closet he designed. He was lower in price then most of my bids. My house is well built and I would recommend David as a builder. I had such a good experience that I made David a photo book of the journey.
